Location is super convenient, right next to the freeway but surprisingly quiet. Big rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. The hot tub was a nice touch! Friendly front desk and tons of nearby restaurants. Had some trouble with my bank card and customer service, though.

The room was spacious and had good facilities like a fridge and microwave.
Customer service was terrible, with rude receptionists and unresolved issues during check-in. The room had dead roaches and dusty carpets, which was unacceptable.
